Mongolian weird food a whole marmot cooking called Boodog

One of the world weirdest foods is Mongolian marmot boodog. The hot stone inside and torches from outside until it is completely cooked. It is rare nowadays due to the forbidding to hunt the marmot. But in the country side some nomadic people hunt the marmot and cooks the boodog. Boodog is the traditional Mongolian cuisine that cooks a whole animal with the skin. They slaughter goat, sheep or marmot and take the intestines out and cut the meat in pieces then places back into the animal with hot stone and vegetables and spices. And stitches the belly by wire and cooks from out side on fire.
